(we check wordcount) You should allow me to join because I have experience in being an admin or helping people. I have been a nice person for years and I'm still nice. I can be mature if told me to. I really liked this server when I joined it, I had that feeling that it's the right server. I speak fluent English and I'm still learning to. I'm that kind of person that likes when everything is in the right order.  I have experience in Law Enforcement so I also know how to behave when someone doesn't know how to Roleplay.  I know how to be a good admin and support people in stresfull situations. I've been playing gmod a long time ago and I love it. I would rate my English from 0 to 10 in something like 8/10. I'm from Poland and I currently live in Germany. I know a lot of languages so it may be really helpfull in some situations. You should also allow me to join because I have the experience in using GMOD, admin or helping people. I like to be helpfull, nice, help others and be kind to each other. I'm a 14 year old boy that likes to play, so I can play 6 hours on weekends. My school time is from 7:25 to 12:45 so I can be on the server from early in the morning. It's been a really hard time for me in school because I was being bullied and still am so I hope that when I'm accepted into the team I can relax and focus on the main objective which is helping people and keeping the server secure. I won't abuse in any kind, I always ask before doing something so I think that's a plus. I don't ask when someone you know, does something really bad like abuses weapons etc. In at least 250 words, why do you qualify for this position? I qualify for this position because I'm mature, I know how to behave in stresfull situations and handle them. I know how to NOT behave in dangerous situations as I have the experience in being and admin or being in the team. I'm usually gonna join the server and play on it as it's my favourite server so far. I'm not a 14 year old boy that would abuse, not be mature or just be dumb. I'm that 14 year old boy that wants to help the community and keep it safe. I hate non-rping as it's not cool or nice in any kind. I'd like to be in this team because I love this server and I want to help it grow. I can help in many tasks like, hosting trainings  or tryouts. I'm going to be very active to keep the community safe and keep the hackers away from the server. I love the administration by how it is now and I hope that if I pass that they are going to accept me by how I am inside and not by the look.
